Membership
Download Eşarj Mobile from the App Store or Google Play and sign up. To begin the sign-up process, click on "Not a member?" section and complete the steps that follow. Please note that you must confirm the activation e-mail sent to your e-mail address provided during the registration in order to complete the sign-up process.
Check the “spam” folder of your e-mail account. If you do not receive the activation code in your e-mail, please contact us via our call center at 444 83 03.
Click on "I Forgot My Password" while logging into Eşarj Mobile to send a password reset e-mail to the e-mail account you registered during sign-up. Click on the link you receive by e-mail to reset your password.
The PIN code is a 4-digit personal code that allows you to quickly pass the identity verification process when you call our customer service. You can create your PIN code by following these steps: 'Account Information - Security - Create PIN'.
Charge
To start the charging process, you can click on the lightning icon on Eşarj Mobile and choose one of the methods: QR code, nearby station detection, starting with your own selection, or RFID card. Alternatively, you can select a station from the map to initiate your charging.
The home charging stations offered by Eşarj are as follows: Artemis Basic 7.4 kVA and 11 kVA wired, Pulsar Plus 22 kVA wired, ABB Terra T-0 with both 22 kVA wired and 22 kVA wireless options, as well as Easy Wallbox 7.4 kVA wired. For detailed information, you can make a request for a station.

We ensure the safety of our stations by taking various precautions, providing maintenance and conducting inspections. Safety in terms of electricity includes overcurrent and short circuit protection and grounding systems. We regularly provide maintenance and inspection to all of our stations. Our stations are in compliance with international safety standards and certifications, ensuring a framework that upholds the overall safety of both the devices and the stations. We prioritize user safety through ergonomic design, user-friendly displays, and clear instruction panels. Thus, it is convenient and safe to charge your vehicles at our stations.
To be able to use Eşarj stations, please download Eşarj Mobile and sign up to the application. Please note that once you sign up to the application, you must save your billing address, verify your mobile number, and add your credit card and license plate information. Now you can find the nearest Eşarj station, initiate a charging session, and pay via Eşarj Mobile.
Eşarj stations are situated in numerous convenient locations in both city centers and along intercity routes, including parking lots, shopping malls, highway rest areas, and fuel stations. You can locate the nearest station swiftly and effortlessly by using Eşarj Mobile.
Plug the socket into the charging port of your vehicle and open Eşarj Mobile. Tap the lightning icon on the lower right corner of the application, select “Start Charging with QR Code” option and scan the QR code displayed on the digital screen of the station. The charging session will be initiated.
Simply click on the heart icon on the station details page to add the station you have selected to your favorites. Click on the heart icon on the lower part of the map to see all your favorite stations.
At our DC stations, once you plug the socket into the charging port of your vehicle, simply have your card scanned once at the bottom of the digital screen. At our AC stations, bring your card closer to the upper right corner of the screen. Blinking green light means your charging session is initiated.
Eşarj stations are compatible with all EV models equipped with AC, CCS2 and CHAdeMO sockets. Upon choosing a station through Eşarj Mobile, you can verify the availability of a socket compatible with your vehicle and proceed to charging at the most convenient station to your needs.
Our stations are equipped with AC (alternating current) slow charging and DC (direct current) fast charging devices. AC slow chargers are typically employed for extended charging durations, whereas DC fast chargers deliver substantial energy rapidly. DC fast charging stations can elevate your battery’s charging level from 20% to 80% in approximately 30 minutes. Please note that this period may vary depending on the brand of the vehicle and the capacity of the battery.

The charging duration varies depending on the model of your vehicle, the condition and capacity of the battery, prevailing weather conditions, the maximum power that the vehicle can accept, and the specifications of the charger used. Typically, DC fast chargers are capable of charging the battery from 20% to 80% within 30 minutes, whereas AC chargers may take as long as 8 hours to achieve a full charge.
DC charging stations are specifically engineered for fast charging the batteries of EVs. So, you can charge your vehicle safely.
If the socket is locked on the vehicle, this problem could be originating from the vehicle itself. Initially, please try to unlock the socket by briefly pressing the unlock button on the vehicle’s key twice, followed by a prolonged press of the button once. One may also pull the mechanical pin or ring located inside the vehicle, typically found beneath the front hood, in the trunk or within the doors, to unlock the socket. This procedure may differ based on the brand and model of the vehicle. Another option is to re-initiate and end a short charging session. If the problem persists, please contact the vehicle manufacturer's highway support/assistance line or our call center at 444 83 03.

Payment
In the latest version of Eşarj Mobile, after logging in to your membership, you should add your credit card information in the 'Payment Method' section and select it as the default card. This way, the fee will be automatically deducted from your registered credit card after each transaction.
When adding your credit card, a security confirmation is made by charging 1 TL, which is immediately refunded afterwards.
Kindly note that your encrypted credit card information is securely stored by a service provider that offers PCI DSS Level 1 standards, and Eşarj does not have any access to your sensitive card information. Your credit card information must be added to our system to start the charging session. Then, you can easily pay by your registered credit card once the charging session is completed. Please do not forget to select “default” after adding your credit card.
Once we issue your invoice through the E-Archive system, we send your invoice to the registered e-mail address. If you are a taxpayer registered to the E-Invoice system, you can also request the invoices we send through the system from your own accounting team.
Eşarj Card
The Eşarj card is a method used to start and stop your charging transactions. You can also initiate the charging process using the mobile application.
Card Not Reading: If your Eşarj Card is not being read at the station, make sure the card is being scanned in the correct location and try again.
Charging Process Not Starting: If your card is read but the charging process is not starting, check the connection of your vehicle.

To request an Eşarj Card, you need to be a member of the Eşarj mobile application. After creating your user account, you can follow these steps:
Go to the 'My Account' section. Find the 'My RFID Cards' option. - Click on the + sign in the upper right corner. Select the 'Request New Card' option.
When your application is approved, your card will be sent to the address you specified.
After your card request, you can track the shipping status of your card in real-time through the mobile application by following the steps 'My Account - My RFID Cards.' Delivery is made within 1-3 business days to city centers, 1-5 business days to district centers, and 1-7 business days to remote locations in the district.
No, you can also use your gift credit for charging transactions initiated through the mobile application.

The home charging unit site survey service is the process of determining the suitable location and evaluating the infrastructure for the installation of a charging station at your home or workplace. During this process, elements such as the electrical infrastructure, installation location, and safety are examined.
To request a site survey, you can apply through our website, mobile app, or customer service. After your application, based on the approval of the price quote we will send you, our survey team will contact you to schedule an appointment.
We kindly request to have the following information available during our discovery:
* The address of the location that the charger will be installed,
* Technical information regarding the existing electricity infrastructure (e.g., fuse capacity and energy resource),
* Information about the vehicle that will use the charging station.
Please note that according to the discovery fee policy, a fee may be charged in certain cases. For further details, kindly contact our customer representative.
After the planning of the inspection, the technical team authorized by Eşarj carries out the inspection service within 1-3 business days, and this process is completed in approximately 30 minutes.
Once the discovery session is completed, our expert team sends you a proposal according to the location, vehicle and infrastructure. Once approved, an appointment is made for mounting and installation."

Travel Planning
The travel planning feature is designed to help electric vehicle users organize their journeys in a safer and more planned way. With this feature, you can easily view charging stations along your travel route and filter your route according to your personal preferences.
To start using the travel planning feature, you must first enable your location permissions. Then, you can plan your journey by entering your starting and destination points. After selecting the desired route, charging stations along the route will be displayed based on the starting and destination charging percentages. Additionally, the required charging time at each station, the total travel duration, and distance information will be provided in detail.
To plan your route in the most efficient way, you need to provide additional information in the travel planning section before your trip. By entering your vehicle’s brand and model, you can ensure accurate calculations based on different range capacities. Your maximum range will be determined according to this data. Additionally, you should specify the remaining battery percentage (e.g., 80%) before starting your journey and the desired battery percentage upon arrival at your destination. Based on this information, your route will be optimized to be as efficient and suitable as possible.

The Eşarj Business Partner Portal is an application designed to allow our location providers and investors to conveniently access all essential information and reports related to their charging points or stations, independent of any individual or unit.
