on the planet
Adopting a carbon-neutral business model, we minimize the environmental impacts of our operations in compliance with the goals of protecting natural resources, tackling climate change and supporting biodiversity. Acting in accordance with national and international developments such as the Paris Agreement and the Green Deal, we utilize renewable energy resources and follow circular economy and zero waste principles.
Our waste management activities are conducted in compliance with relevant legislation, Occupational Health and Safety regulations, our Environmental Policy, and international standards. We establish methods that align with the waste hierarchy to prevent, reduce, recover, and dispose of waste. Our goal is to minimize our environmental impacts in accordance with the principles of a circular economy, continuously enhancing our system in accordance with ISO 14001 standards.
Align with the critical function of our industry in facilitating the low-carbon transformation, we embrace the climate change initiatives of our affiliated partnerships and incorporate these goals into the General Manager’s report card. We seek to establish short-, medium-, and long-term goals as part of the Net Zero Project, incorporating these goals into our strategic and financial planning.

We perform regular visual checks of our stations within our operation network through a risk assessment study covering all our operations. Implementing efficient risk management within our business field, we also keep creating opportunities to improve the quality of the products and services we deliver.
Governance
structure
In 2018, the majority shares of our company, which has been operating as the first charging station operator in Türkiye since 2008, was acquired by Enerjisa Müşteri Çözümleri A.Ş. and by 2023, the company transitioned into a wholly-owned subsidiary. Placing sustainability to the core of our business, we focus on supporting a low-carbon, clean and green e-mobility industry.
