This text has been prepared by Eşarj Elektrik Araçlar Şarj Sistemleri A.Ş. ("COMPANY") as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK/the law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in the Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation.
As the COMPANY, we use cookies and some other similar programs and products (collectively referred to as "Cookies") in order to make the most efficient use of our websites and mobile applications and to improve your user experience. This text contains explanations regarding the Cookies to be used if you visit the website www.esarj.com.tr ("Site") or use the COMPANY application ("Mobile Application") that you will download to your mobile device.
This Privacy Notice applies to the Site managed by Eşarj and cookies will be used as described in the Privacy Notice. The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform you about the processing of personal data obtained automatically through the placement of cookies used on our website on your device, for what purposes, what types of cookies we use and how you can manage these cookies.

What is a Cookie?
Cookies, as defined in the Guidelines on Cookie Applications published by the Personal Data Protection Authority ("Authority"); "Cookies are a type of text file (software) placed on the user device by those who perform website operations and are transferred as part of the HTTP(S)3 ("Hyper Text Transfer Protocol", "Hyper Text Transfer Protocol") request. Types of Cookies

Mandatory Cookies: If these cookies, which are necessary for the operation of the website, cannot be used, it may be possible that a certain part or all of the website may not work. How Can You Exercise Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data You Have Notified Us?
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the "Rights of the Data Subject" to the COMPANY headquarters in writing, to the Registered E-mail Address ("REM"), with your secure electronic signature or mobile signature, or to the COMPANY e-mail address* by using your e-mail address previously notified to our company and registered in our system, according to the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller".
In your application, it is stated in paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller ("Communiqué");
- Name, surname and signature if the application is in writing,
- Turkish Republic identification number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or identification number, if any, for foreigners,

Your application will be answered as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest following the identity verification to be made by our COMPANY.
